The villa has its own private drive way surrounded by olive trees and gardens with parking for two cars.
Stone steps lead you down to the terrace, past the pool and gardens to the entrance to the villa.
The ground floor is a spacious open plan living area with a sunken sitting room, designer kitchen, dining area and study.
The sitting room is triple aspect and leads onto the terrace through sliding doors.
There is plenty of comfortable seating, an open wood burning fire for the cooler months, a large flat screen TV and wireless Bluetooth speakers. We also have plenty of books , DVD’s and board games if you need to escape the heat of the day.
The kitchen is fitted with Italian high gloss cupboards and granite work tops with a breakfast bar and high stools There is an American style fridge/freezer, an oven and microwave, dishwasher, water dispenser, Nespresso Coffee Machine and well equipped cupboards for cooking and dining in.
Just off the sitting room, there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. French doors lead from the bedroom directly out to the pool and terrace.
There is also a separate cloakroom with a toilet and basin on the ground floor.
A curved travertine staircase with low level lighting leads you to the first floor.
First Floor
Here there are 3 attractive and spacious bedrooms all with ensuite bath/shower rooms and private balconies overlooking Kalamar Bay.
The master bedroom is triple aspect with a queen size bed and has a large ensuite shower room.
All bedrooms have inbuilt wardrobes, dressing tables, a personal safe and hairdryers.
There are another two bedrooms on the first floor both of which have twin beds that can be made up as king size beds on request. One bedroom has an ensuite shower room and the other has an ensuite bath room.
The curved travertine staircase now leads you to the second floor.
Rooftop
An extensive ‘Turkish’ seating area with fabulous uninterrupted views of the sea and mountains, an ideal area for an early evening drink watching the sun go down. There are plug sockets for music systems. There is also a cloakroom with a toilet and basin and a laundry room with washing machine, sink and clothes airer.
Terrace
Glass sliding doors lead from the lounge to the terrace, which wraps around the entire villa offering areas of sun and shade throughout the day.
There are several seating areas around the villa for relaxing/eating/drinking and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas, mattresses, bean bags and over sized pillows to be used around the pool.
When you’ve had enough of lounging around the pool, there is a table tennis table to spark some energy into your holiday!
An outdoor dining table and a built in BBQ are perfect for evenings in. We can provide details of a chef if cooking is not what you want to do on holiday!
Utility Room
The utility room has a washing machine, clothes drier, iron and ironing board for your convenience.
